  1. This table gives an overview of the comparison of the three point-of-care tests carried out for each individual calf. As there was no RID implemented, the three point-of-care tests were compared to each other in order to calculate these values. Positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), sensitivity (SE), specificity (SP) and Cohenā€™s Kappa (Šš) of one point-of-care test (FASTestĀ® IgG bovine, Megacor) using different blood collecting time points pp (*12 to 16Ā h pp by the farmers; #3 to 6 days pp by the principal author) and different media. The lower and upper 95% confidence intervals are given in parentheses (95%CI).
