- This table gives an overview of the comparison of the three point-of-care tests carried out for each individual calf. As there was no RID implemented, the three point-of-care tests were compared to each other in order to calculate these values. Positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), sensitivity (SE), specificity (SP) and Cohenās Kappa (Š) of one point-of-care test (FASTestĀ® IgG bovine, Megacor) using different blood collecting time points pp (*12 to 16Ā h pp by the farmers; #3 to 6 days pp by the principal author) and different media. The lower and upper 95% confidence intervals are given in parentheses (95%CI).
