  1. The tissue inflammatory reaction in samples collected at day (d) 10 and 27 was assessed with histology using a modified Ehrlich-Hunt numerical scale from 0–3. The inflammatory zone was semi-quantified as a proportion of the total field view using the lowest magnification (4x objective)
  2. * 4% of the inflammatory reaction were represented of eosinophils
  3. ¤ 20% of the inflammatory reaction were represented of lymphocytes
