  1. The material consisted of CoNS isolates from two studies, Pitkälä et al. [2] (dataset 1) and Finnish veterinary antimicrobial resistance monitoring program 2010–2012 [18] (dataset 2). In dataset 1 all quarters of cows were sampled in a mastitis survey, in dataset 2 samples originated from quarters with mastitis
