  1. Medians (and highest concentrations) of serum insulin concentration of seven horses (µIU/mL). The horses received romifidine (ROM, 80 μg/kg IV), ROM with vatinoxan (ROM + V, 80 μg/kg + 200 μg/kg IV) and MK-467 (V, 200 μg/kg IV) at T0. The lowest concentration after all treatments at all time points was below the detection limit (< 2 µIU/mL)
