Location of 36 examined sheep flocks in southern Germany. Concurrent positive antibody levels against Anaplasma spp., Coxiella burnetii and tick-borne encephalitis virus were determined in individual sheep in two flocks (red). Co-exposure to two pathogens at animal level were identified in 18 sheep flocks (blue), whereas no co-exposed sheep were detected in 16 flocks (green). BW: Baden-Wuerttemberg, BAV: Bavaria
