In the above paper, there was a typographical error in Table 2, Summary of treatments of Demodex gatoi infestations evaluated in the present case series consisting of 10 cats from six households, in the data summarizing the treatments in the household number 5. According to the table cats 5A, 5B were treated with "ivermectin 1 mg/kg bw PO every 2 days for 10 weeks". This should have read "ivermectin 1 mg/cat PO every 2 days for 10 weeks" as stated in the text.
